We just adore this recent portrait taken by Graham Monro at Chinamans Beach, Mosman. There are so many fun ideas for shooting childrens portraits, we love when our clients are willing to do something out of the ordinary. More on this shoot to come….

Bride to Be wedding magazine showcases a stunning intimate wedding at home photographed by gm photographics

28 June 2010

After 20 years together, our gorgeous couple Robyn and Tony decided to host a family gathering and surprise their 50 guests by getting married on the spot! The couple wanted a simple intimate wedding so when it came to choosing a wedding venue, there really was no place like home. Robyn carried a bouquet of David Austin roses by Floral Craftsman’s Matt Bisaro. ‘I wanted a scented, romantic and feminine bouquet in colours to complement my dress,’ Robyn explains. ‘The form was natural as opposed to a structured shape of bouquet.’ Dotted around the couple’s garden, the tables were adorned with David Austin roses and lilacs. The bride’s vintage engagement ring, in similar tones to the flowers, was bought at Anne Schofield Antiques, while her wedding ring belonged to her great grandmother. The couple chose a cupcake stack, surrounded by fresh flowers, in three designs and flavours – Belgian milk, orange poppy seed and hazelnut. ‘I really wanted a cupcake-style wedding cake and, having looked at a number of designers, liked the decorative style of Sweet Art. The cakes both looked and tasted beautiful,’ says Robyn. See this wedding in the current issue of Bride to Be Magazine
