Zharine & Asher

A beautiful country side wedding full of classic glamour and pretty pinks. Zharine and Asher were married in St Jude’s Anglican Church in Bowral. Susan Stanford styled and coordinated their day with their reception held at Milton Park Country House Hotel.
Milton Park is a lovely venue full of secluded gardens, Zharine and Asher’s location shoot is just magical. Here’s a few of our favourites photos from their day.

Tessa James & Nate Myles Melbourne wedding: A Sneak Peek

We had the privilege of recently photographing the gorgeous wedding of Tessa James, former Home & Away star, and NRL footballer, Nate Myles, two days before Christmas in Melbourne.
Arriving in a Rolls Royce with her father, Stephen, Tessa was simply breathtaking in her drop shoulder couture gown and veil designed by Steven Khalil. The dress which took over 6 months to create, featured Swarovski pearl beads, ostrich feathers and French lace. To compliment the French lace dress Tessa wore a vintage style blue brooch in her hair, which was a family heirloom that became her something borrowed something blue.
The couple chose the spectacular 100-year-old gardens of The Gables in East Malvern as the venue for their traditional wedding ceremony.
Exchanging rings, designed and made by Nader Jewellers, the couple giggled through a civil ceremony where they vowed to love and honour each other.
Celebrity wedding planner and stylist, Anthony Del Col from Staging Connections, planned the day with the theme of “natural romance’ which included gorgeous white florals and candles.
Their 150 guests then joined them at Tessa’s parent’s home in Hawthorn where they were treated to a variety of cocktails and canapes created by Ed Dixon Food Design. As the cocktail style party went on into the night Tessa changed into a stunning backless short dress, also designed by Steven Khalil, featuring scalloped French lace.
The lovely couple’s wedding was last week featured exclusively in New Idea magazine where Nate’s speech was quoted: “Honest to God, I tell her every day how lucky I am to have her and I will always love her to death. I don’t think I could love anyone as much as I do her”, and Tessa reflected on her wedding as “the best night”.

Her beautiful wedding with Ben, as styled by The Style Salon, took place at McKell Park, Darling Point with their reception at Fort Denison, Sydney Harbour. Menswear by Gucci & Givenchy, flowers by The Style Salon, cake by Faye Cahill, stationary by Alannah Rose, cars by 7th Heaven Wedding Cars, entertainment provided by Jorge Campano on Spanish guitar & The White Tree at Fort Denison. If you like Kristy & Ben’s ceremony location, McKell Park is a great choice. It is a small and private park tucked away at the end of Darling Point road between Rushcutters and Double Bay. It has a quiet aspect but a wonderful position right on Sydney Harbour. Most couples have their wedding ceremony down the end of the park near a circular area.
Chen & Denis (Balmoral Beach)

We absolutely love this wedding! Chen & Denis’ gorgeous album includes so many beautiful images taken at one of our favourite Sydney locations – Balmoral Beach. The lovely couple were married at the NSW Marriage Registry which provided a unique backdrop for us to play with our creativity and capture their intimate ceremony in a modern and photojournalistic way. The following week they held a classic reception at Bathers’ Pavilion, which followed a comprehensive location shoot at Balmoral. Chen wore a gorgeous Collette Dinnigan gown and Denis wore Emporio Armani. Cake by Faye Cahill and flowers by Susan Avery. So beautiful.

Earlier in the year we photographed TV Presenter and Radio Personality Lizzy Lovette’s wedding. She married hotelier James Wicks in an intimate ceremony at St John’s Church in Wollombi. Lizzy wore a gorgeous Steven Khalil gown, with bridesmaids wearing Carla Zampatti and menswear by MJ Bale. Cake by Faye Cahill. Their beautifully styled reception was held at Roberts Restaurant in the Hunter Valley.

A gorgeous wedding that is being published everywhere! Here it is featured in this edition of Cosmo Bride. A stunning pink themed wedding by Emily and Ryan, a lovely couple who went into great detail to style their special day with wedding planner and Stylist Nightingales.
The wonderful team at Nightingales Wedding Designers worked their magic to create a breathtakingly magical scene at the Opera Point Marquee lit with crystal chandeliers and gorgeous pink floral arrangements.
Emily & Ryan were married at St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney, Australia. Emily wore two stunning gowns by Alex Perry. The first was a White Cathedral Dress and the second was an Ice Pink Evening dress. The night ended with spectacular fireworks by Foti Fireworks.
