Blue Star Catering is the exclusive caterer at Fort Scratchley Historic Society and understands the importance of food to your event.
You may also like to hold your wedding ceremony on the ground’s of Fort Scratchley where you and your guest’s will have exclusive access to the site. There are two wedding ceremony locations to choose from that offer breathtaking views over Nobbys Beach and Newcastle Harbour.
